BAT Vietnam - Employee wellness is always one of BAT Vietnam’s priorities

Recently, BAT Vietnam has successfully organized Wellness Month for all employees with the key message "Wellness is a habit, not a celebration" to encourage employees to nurture the good habits in caring and improving their health better.
Accordingly, BAT Vietnam has already organized many diverse and interesting activities such as the Yammer Challenge - a quiz contest that provided many useful information about healthy habits in daily care for all employees. Following the Yammer Challenge, a webinar - themed “Learn how to recognize and understand burnout and how to self-care in daily life and overcome burnout” was also held. Two activities have attracted many employees to proactively participate and they also had many interesting discussions about the topics.

Not only providing knowledge about nurturing healthy habits, BAT Vietnam also organizes interesting activities such as Offline Massage - a neck-shoulder massage session to relax and refresh after many working hours. Along with the activity, a Watercolor Painting Workshop - a therapeutic and stress reliever that allows employees to relax, explore their creativity and spark their joys.
