For over 16 years at our BAT-Vinataba JV in Bien Hoa (Dong Nai), and 11 years at our VINA-BAT JV in Binh Chanh (HCMC), we’ve achieved an incredible milestone of Zero Accidents - a testament to our deeply embedded safety culture.

Firstly, our People are passionate team members who proactively identify hazards, lead by example, and inspire a safer workplace.
Nextly, through continuous training, interactive safety discussions, and robust systems, we keep safety first, monitoring and resolving risks promptly.
Lastly, BAT Vietnam deploys the Be Safe app, designed in Vietnamese, empowers every employee to report hazards instantly - pick a spot, snap a photo, and send report. Those who actively report, our “Safety Champions,” strengthen our safety culture.
